I started work on this track almost a decade ago but could never come up with a lyric idea I liked. Somewhere along the way I lost the Logic session for the song and was left with only an instrumental stereo backing track. I cam across this track a few days ago and began goofing around and almost immediately came up with the entire finished lyrics.

The photo was taken by my friend Duncan Webb in 1980 on a school trip to either France or Swanage... The hand belongs to another good school friend, Ben Dorling, who was tragically killed in a bike accident in 1989 aged just 18. Time flies.
